Ja, Świnia (I, a Pig)
I was asked to create the cover and several black-and-white illustrations for this powerful read for teenagers. The books tells the story about Alicja - a 13-year old girl. This summer she fully recognizes her body and confronts its physicality. She feels strong, powerful, but also realizes that she doesn't fit the canon of beauty. The hot summer in the city will be a time of reevaluation for her: in friendships, in her relationship with her father and grandmother, in her first awakening feelings. Above all, however, it will be a time of discovering her true self and building the foundations of her self-worth.
